iYogi Complaints Series : Another feather to its hat

It has been a long time since I posted anything here. As I mentioned in my previous posts about being fascinated and gung-ho about the operations of iYogi, I have been so restless to know more and more about it. Ever since I have known much about their functioning, I have been totally impatient to post it here. Finally now I got the time to upload it.

Through iYogi Complaints Forum, the company has always enabled its consumers to give their feedback accurately and honestly. Such an initiative not only shows iYogi’s main aim of customer satisfaction but also projects its inclination towards perfection in its tasks. Where the users can easily complaint about their dissatisfactory experience on iYogi Complaints forum having a direct access to the techies for further discussion about the same, they can also fill up the iYogi Complaints form to register their complaint to get a one-to-one attention by a callback/mail by iYogi itself. You name it, and they have it all. I personally loved the concept of iYogi Complaints form as well as iYogi Complaints forum and the manner they balance their activities.

I was already so impressed with the mentioned initiatives of iYogi when I learnt that iYogi has started with its own iYogi Complaints Series. Now this was something which was unbelievable. They already carried out each and every possible action to attain information about the quality of their services from the consumers itself. I love the fact that iYogi takes its negative feedback so seriously and always strives to satisfy its consumers by any means.

With the iYogi Complaints Series they not only provide an interface for the customers to share their not-so –good experience but also educates them about various tech related activities going on around simultaneously. As I was going through the iYogi Complaint series, I noticed how excellently they have shared the knowledge about various kinds of scams and computer related issues. They mainly included information about problems related to Internet controls, wireless router configuration, setting of USB devices, printer/antivirus installation and Nigerian Scams etc. Imparting of these pieces of knowledge through iYogi Complaints series in commendable, and so informative in nature.

I am so impressed by the way these iYogi gies function and make their customers feel so special. It compelled me to extend my subscription for its services. My mom is very happy and content with iYogi and the kind of services they provide. Hats Off to iYogi for its commendable job *Relief*

The iYogi complaints form is a positive step and shows that the company feels responsible to its customers. From a personal point of view, I can now use the form to address any grievances in future. I also have a gut feeling that customer feedback will be used by the company to improve its services and bridge the gap between itself and its customers.

A complaints form can play a very proactive role in the improvement of services that a company offers. It is a nice feeling that my service provider now has its own complaints form, the iYogi complaints form. I just hope that the complaints lodged on the form are properly analyzed and an acceptable resolution is arrived at.

Off late there has been an entirely different side of iYogi that has been on display. To me there was never any doubt that iyogi is one of the most preferred tech support brands, but what we were not so familiar was its ability to strike a chord with its customers. Yes I am speaking of the iYogi complaints series that allows a user to share both his good and bad experience, uncensored!!

Naysayers may say whatever they may like, but I continue to have a great association with iyogi. There are problems, yes. And it is normal. Whenever I have called them, I find them eager to get to the bottom of the problem and provide useful solutions. Since, most of their subscriptions gives you 24/7 support, I don’t give a second thought when it comes to disturbing them. The iyogi complaints series is surely an achievement. Keep up the good job.

Undoubtedly, the launch is a new feather in iYogi’s hat. You have come a long way and have helped many get rid of their tech worries. I personally know many who can vouch for your name in tech support. Now this complain series will give us another option to voice our thoughts. Customers are always benefited with such platforms. yes i agree. even though there are so many iyogi complaints but still i would say iyogi is worth giving a shot. getting a laptop or a desktop fixed through a technician costs a lot; whereas iyogi gives you a round the clock service and unlimited support probably at an economical price. There are other companies as well in the same industry but the actual rival which is giving tough competition is geek squad. rest of the companies are either very small for scammers which are trying to fake these companies.

Iyogi complaints form is a good initiative.. I like it… I have not used it as of now, but I think it will give me an opportunity to get things sorted out quickly…

I found iYogi complaints form very useful. My problem got resolved very quickly. The supervisor also apologized for the inconvenience and promised that I’ll not face any issue with iYogi in future. I was happy that they accepted their mistake. Very few companies do that. Most of the times, they blame the customer for everything.

Earlier I was impressed with iYogi’s service and 24x7 connectivity, and now I got to learn about iYogi Complaints Forum wherein they have put their best interest in customer satisfaction on display. It’s incredible the way iYogi invites their customers to vent their dissatisfied tech support experience and how they value customer satisfaction.

After iyogi technician messed up the issue of antivirus installation, I turned up to iYogi complaint form. Through this platform I raised my voice to get my issue fixed. Next day I got a call from the company with all my details and case history. They explained me the reason behind the problem and worked on my PC again, free of cost. They gave me full assistance and resolved my problem. Thanks for your extended support!

iyogi complaints form is the right platform to voice my complaints. I being a customer of iyogi for the last 2 and half years. Many a times while accessing the tech support services of iyogi, I felt that it would be much better if this would have been done in such a way to help me then it would be much better. i felt like saying the same to the tech guy but i hesitated as it might hurt him. however, with complaints form i can now give suggestions without naming anybody. The iyogi team is too good in getting back to me whenever i recommend anything to me.

I am very delighted to know that my tech support provider has started its own complaint form. Now I don’t need to look for the contact details of iyogi everytime to register my complaint. In fact, it's a nice step taken by iyogi to listen to the voice of its customers. I hope it's a step taken by them to make their tech support services more customer friendly. Keep it up iyogi.

There were issues with my system processor. iYogi technician did a system clean up. He deleted certain files that were causing some issues. All was well till he mistakenly deleted my important official file. I went mad at him. Without listening to him, I hanged my phone and raised the issue through iYogi complaints form. The supervisor called back, worked on my PC, and don’t know how but restored the file back on my hard drive. I’m much relaxed now…

I am happy to see that people on the top of the company are genuinely concerned about their customers. iYogi complaints form definitely shows their concern. It has given the users a platform to raise their voice and opinions. Looks like iYogi is destined to become the top most remote support providing company…

iYogi complaint form helped me register complaint against the technician who left my issue half-solved. Their supervisor assigned a new technician to work on my problem. Now I am 100% satisfied with the services… Keep up the good work iYogi!

No doubt the launch of Complaints Form by iyogi is another feather in iyogi's hat. I twice or thrice registered my complaints using this form. And you wont believe that each time my problem has been paid attention to. The best thing is that they accepted their mistake and promised not to repeat the same in future. Usually that is not the case with others, who start blaming the customer for everything without even listening to him. I am very much satisfied with iyogi technicians and their Complaints Form initiative. Keep it up guys!

Iyogi technician took too much time to upgrade the antivirus software installed on my PC. This I mentioned in iyogi complaint form as a feedback. And never thought they would take it seriously. But this time I observed a tremendous change in your speed guys.

yes, not only do they promise not to repeat their mistake, they make sure that the issues never crop up again. I had issues with wait time as my call was put on hold for long. They assured me this will never be repeated in future. And I have called them 5 times after that, never did I had any issue again. I am also very happy with the tech support and the way the technician took care of my problem… Cheers to iYogi!

I’ve been never faced any issues with iYogi technical support from the time I’ve purchased their annual subscription plan. The technicians are quick and friendly. I welcome this new addition and I’m sure iyogi complaints form will help customers register their complaints and get timely resolution to their problems…

I found iYogi to be very quick and responsive when it came to handing my complaint. The complaint form offered me a quick medium to get my job done. I contacted iYogi technician to update my system software, but after updating my system, some of my programs stopped responding. I raised a concern through their complaint form and soon a technician reciprocated back and fixed all the issues… Well done iYogi!

Through iYogi complaints form my issues were resolved promptly. I registered a complaint about the printer problem that was not fixed properly. Very soon I got a call from one of their supervisor’s who carefully monitored my printer again and carried out various troubleshooting steps to fix the problem. He also apologized for the inconvenience. I’m quite happy with their services…

After wasting one full hour over the phone, the representative told me that he cannot solve my problem. I was quite furious at this and decided to route my complaint through iYogi complaints form. The very next day their supervisor called me and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me that appropriate action has been taken on the representative and also took the remote of my computer and resolved the issue in no time. Thanks you iYogi!

Problems pop up from anywhere and they are so unpredictable. However, with iYogi on my side, my annoyance or apprehension regarding the loss of productivity, loss of data and technical complexities dissolve into probable solutions. Apart from their useful solutions, tips and advice help to a great extent in avoiding similar problems.
