iYogi Complaints Forum: A bold new initiative by the firm!
I am fond of computers in an amateurish sort of way. In my spare time I often delve into the history and origin of this fascinating machine and try writing simple algorithms. I was always interested in the way remote tech services operate and had gifted my mom a subscription of just such a firm called iYogi as a Mother’s Day gift.

This company has an iYogi complaints forum which is used by the firm in getting feedback from its customers. With this initiative, iYogi has taken the customer interaction process to an altogether different level. The great thing about this is that the company does not hesitate to analyze negative feedback from its customers-in fact it encourages them to do so to constantly improve its services. I have already broached the subject of iYogi complaint form in my previous post. This was obvious from the many posts and forums related to iYogi complaints. It helps in bringing the firm and its customers closer and keeps the company miles ahead of other competitors.  There is another added advantage of this-with this, the customer need not visit external sites but can post his feedback/complaints straight to iYogi complaints forum.

I was rather surprised to note that iYogi had an iYogi complaints forum which accepted feedback of the negative kind from its customers. This is to streamline the interactive process between the firm and the user so the company can earn from its errors and deliver superior customer service.

It is delightful that iYogi has come out with an iYogi complaints forum to level the playing field, so to speak, between the firm and its users. This initiative would allow the firm to know what exactly what kind of services customers expect from it and how they can take the process one step further for the ultimate experience.

iYogi has done a fine job in instituting the iYogi Complaints Forum; this radical new step by the firm would go a long way to smoothen the often fractious relationship that exists between the customer and the company. It will help the company rectify its faults and enable it to give better service. Further, it will enable the firm to avoid errors that it might have made while servicing the customer. This will ease the tension between the company and the customer, and lead to a sort of détente, beneficial to both parties! Often the firm makes errors while servicing the customer’s request. The iYogi Complaints Forum serves a dual purpose: it helps the firm in gaining new customers, and takes care to resolve the problems of existing customers. It’s a platform where customers can voice their opinions on whatever is troubling them. I found this really beneficial as it genuinely takes an interest in the problems of the customer and attempts to resolve his problem with sympathy and concern for the user’s welfare. I feel sure that the iYogi Complaints Forum would go a long way in restoring customer confidence in the company!

I subscribed to iyogi few months back but i have lost their contact info. i dont have any phone number or email id or my account info as i accidently deleted my iyogi account email.

can some one guide me how to send a complaint to iyogi so that they can send me another email.

iYogi complaints form gave me an opportunity to understand in detail the fineness of customer service department. I got to know how well thinks are connected within a company. The moment they got my complaint, they started working on the issue. The supervisor called me with all my details – account number, issue for which I had called, the steps that were performed to resolve the problem…. He had a complete track record. He also apologized for the problem that was left unattended and assigned another technician to work on it and fix it… good job iYogi… You really put in lot of efforts to keep your customers happy.

I contacted iYogi for computer support. My computer went bad even after they said they have fixed up everything. I called them and vented my anger on the technician. I ended the call and raised a chargeback through iYogi complaint form. The supervisor called and explained me that since my computer is old, its motherboard needs replacement. I was adamant that I need a refund. He said they will refund my money. They did it in less than two days. Now other technicians say my computer is old and beyond repair. I feel lost and wish I had not vented my anger on that poor fellow. The mistake was at my end.

By introducing iyogi complaints form, iyogi has proved its seriousness in serving its customers. The launch of iyogi complaints form shows that the company is willing to learn from its mistakes and make sure that they are not repeated in future. Though iYogi may generate some ugly comments on its service but, one thing is for sure that dissatisfied customers would not choose to drop litter and vent their grievances other customer forums of blogs, but iYogi Complaints form. That’s a relief, somehow. Similarly when customers will feel they are getting heard and responded after posting their problems on this form, they would start picking up pieces and building trust in iYogi once again.

In my opinion the iyogi complaints form will definitely help the company in strengthning the bond that it enjoys with its customers. Running support services should not be a one sided affair. By involving its customers' feedback and opinion, iyogi has send a clear message to its customers that how important it considers its clients and how serious the company is about running his tech support services providing business. iyogi complaints form is welcomed by customers like me. By taking this initiative the company has shown that how seriously it takes its customers and how important customers are for the company. This shows that the company want to learn from its mistakes and move forward without any issues with the help of its satisfied customers. The start of iYogi complaints form by iyogi has made its customers believe that how serious the company is when it comes to business. This platform will bring its customers more closer to the company. I tried to give complaints form a try, and lodged a complaint. Within 24 hrs i got a call from the iyogi customer service department. As there was no such issue with my PC, I apologized for the unconvenience caused and felt sorry. The guy said its ok. I did not tell him that i was just checking the promptness of their services. Good job iyogi... YOu guys are really quick in your services and care for your customers.

Good to know that now i dont have to look for the right person to contact to register my complaint against any particular issue related to iyogi's tech support offered to me and many others customers. The iyogi complaint form will help the company in improving itself in the areas where it lacks and present itself in a more customer-friendly way. As daily something new is happening, this channel will serve the purpose of a two-way communication between the company and its customers. Hope this initiative will take iyogi to new heights.

With complaints form, iYogi has gone extra miles to reach out to more consumers, harassed with computer problems. Now it is even easier to communicate those critical computer problems and get it resolved without having to leave my PC at any computer repair store. This was the first time that I ever communicated with a company through its complaint form. I was upset with my router that was not performing properly even after a well-assisted technical session with the technician. Very soon my complaint was answered and the technician reworked on my router to fix all the flaws. I appreciate the speed with which my complaint was answered…

YOU REALLY NEED TO HAVE GUTS, AND LOTS OF THEM, TO START A COMPLAINT FORM LIKE THIS BECAUSE YOU MAY END UP FLOODING YOUR FORUM WITH LOTS AND LOTS OF COMPLAINTS. I felt ditched when just after two days of repair session with iYogi technician my printer problem relapsed. This time the printing error was more frequent and I was not able to print even a single page. Rather than going to a new technician, I decided to escalate the issue and took the help of iYogi complaints form. Within 2 days, I got a call from their supervisor who reworked on my issue and explained me the reason behind the problem and fixed it. Now my printer is working flawlessly…
