iYogi Complaints Series : Another feather to its hat

It has been a long time since I posted anything here. As I mentioned in my previous posts about being fascinated and gung-ho about the operations of iYogi, I have been so restless to know more and more about it. Ever since I have known much about their functioning, I have been totally impatient to post it here. Finally now I got the time to upload it.

Through iYogi Complaints Forum, the company has always enabled its consumers to give their feedback accurately and honestly. Such an initiative not only shows iYogi’s main aim of customer satisfaction but also projects its inclination towards perfection in its tasks. Where the users can easily complaint about their dissatisfactory experience on iYogi Complaints forum having a direct access to the techies for further discussion about the same, they can also fill up the iYogi Complaints form to register their complaint to get a one-to-one attention by a callback/mail by iYogi itself. As I was going through the iYogi Complaint series, I noticed how excellently they have shared the knowledge about various kinds of scams and computer related issues. They mainly included information about problems related to Internet controls, wireless router configuration, setting of USB devices, printer/antivirus installation and Nigerian Scams etc. Imparting of these pieces of knowledge through iYogi Complaints series in commendable, and so informative in nature.

I am so impressed by the way these iYogi gies function and make their customers feel so special. It compelled me to extend my subscription for its services. My mom is very happy and content with iYogi and the kind of services they provide. Hats Off to iYogi for its commendable job *Relief*

Spending an evening

Away from work, I like to spend time with my family. Last weekend, for instance, I decided to take my family out for a picnic; it was decided we’d round off the day by watching the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. We packed a hamper and spent the afternoon at Central Park, a beautiful fall afternoon. My daughter chased butterflies around the hedges while my son flew a kite, watching it sail across the blue heavens. I spoke with my wife about life at the office and we made plans on whom we’d have over for Thanksgiving.

I am fond of computers in an amateurish sort of way. In my spare time I often delve into the history and origin of this fascinating machine and try writing simple algorithms. I was always interested in the way remote tech services operate and had gifted my mom a subscription of just such a firm called iYogi as a Mother’s Day gift.

This company has an iYogi complaints forum which is used by the firm in getting feedback from its customers. With this initiative, iYogi has taken the customer interaction process to an altogether different level. The great thing about this is that the company does not hesitate to analyze negative feedback from its customers-in fact it encourages them to do so to constantly improve its services. I have already broached the subject of iYogi complaint form in my previous post. This was obvious from the many posts and forums related to iYogi complaints. It helps in bringing the firm and its customers closer and keeps the company miles ahead of other competitors.  There is another added advantage of this-with this, the customer need not visit external sites but can post his feedback/complaints straight to iYogi complaints forum.

Bridging the gap

You know my favorite pass time had been Net surfing. I can say this without a hitch that I can surf the Internet round-the-clock, especially when it comes to knowledge reception from the vast pool of information. One fine day, I was doing a survey on company’s interaction base with its customers. The idea was to know and inform others as to how much of an importance a company gives to its “valued customers” not when they are supposed to make a purchase but also once they are through. It was then that I came across iYogi Complaint Form for the first time.

Though I had often heard about iYogi’s support and services, it was even more important for me to dig deep into it when I saw posts related to iYogi complaints and iYogi scams. My survey was all about the fact that how important it is to make your customers feel special and privileged, how many brands and banners actually take care of maintaining the existing customers along with attaining the new ones. On the contrary when I visited iYogi website, I found it quite promising. Now, this was a little challenging for me. If the company is doing so much to relate itself to its customers, why are their negative things all across? I chose it as the fulcrum of my survey. The best thing I found about iYogi that enforces me to mention it specifically was that they have this unique iYogi complaint form. The name itself says ‘complaint’ unlike other websites that call it a customer feedback form. iYogi welcomes negative feedbacks and complaints, addressing its customer’s vows on a regular basis. Who doesn’t welcome an appreciation? But iYogi people equally entertain the negative responses about its services and products to improve rigorously. To initiate the proper channel of communication, they come up with iYogi complaint form on their website. So, instead of randomly posting comments, one can post it in this manner and can reach out for a probable solution. 

I was highly impressed by this gesture of iYogi and immediately subscribed for its annual services. I’m quite affluent with computer knowledge but I was sure it would be of great help to my mom who’s an amateur computer learner. So, I gifted it to her on Mother’s day. It’s a blessing for my mom and now she does’ nt have to buzz me on and off for her small queries related to computer or Internet. Sigh!!!
